Should question about our sex be muddied by asking gender, or should we keep it plain and unambiguous

Why when asking our SEX when registering have you put gender. I dont beleive in gender so have indicated none. giving into this imposed language has gotten us into this mess today. I will not be the only one who has answered "none" stats get skewed.Honestly epected better, it is asimplr question "What SEX are you" whymuddy is with gender.Dissapointing.

Just standard software - it's updated now to say sex.
